Shipping

Thanks for ordering one of our little mementoes. We can't wait to get it to you.

We offer Australia wide shipping via AUS Post. Please allow at least a week for your items to be sent. They'll usually leave the studio within 2 days and then it's up to the posty. If you need them in a hurry, please let us know. 

Damage- in the event that your piece arrives damaged (and we really hope it doesn't!), please take photos and send to alexandra@plancreative.shop as soon as possible. We will work with you to investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
